To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
Refund:
Once we recieve the returned item and confirm that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depdning on your payment providers processing time.
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer exhanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item as per our return policy and place a new order for the desired item.
